1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this platform, utilizing our consulting directories, or booking digital workspaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any clause, please terminate site interactions immediately.

2. Professional Services Scope

Business360 provides corporate consulting (registrations, tax structures), bespoke software development (web portal, mobile application architectures), digital marketing (SEO, social ads), and prompt AI models. Final delivery requirements are governed by specific service SLAs.

3. Intellectual Property Handover

We take pride in our output. Upon receipt of full design and technology payment balances, we transfer 100% intellectual property rights, repository codes, administrative login credentials, and high-res source vectors directly to the client.

4. Local sandbox & LocalStorage

Certain dashboard tools (draft blog posts, consultation logs) operate client-side using browser LocalStorage. Client assumes full responsibility for maintaining device physical and browser security to safeguard cached login sessions.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for 100% security and performance, Business360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or operational data losses arising from third-party server collapses, cPanel hosting conflicts, or API modifications by vendors.

6. Modifications & Jurisdiction

We reserve rights to amend pricing plans, service scopes, or terms. All legal agreements and customer disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to localized court jurisdictions.
